Every 15 Minutes is a national anti-drunk driving program aimed at high school students. The program is presented in Alamogordo by Otero County Community Health Council through its Substance Abuse Awareness Coalition. The most recent program was at Alamogordo High School on April 7-8, 2010. The next program will be in Spring 2012 and planning will start in Summer 2011.
